Bread Flour: SHUTTLE
Our premium bread flour made from hard wheat has protein level of 13.5-14.0%. With its high protein content and water absorption ability, this flour is suitable for making all types of bread e.g., sweet bun, sandwich bread, loaf bread, crusty bread, pizza, Danish pastry. Texture is coarser and denser than other varieties of flour and color is slightly off-white as the flour is unbleached.
